This herringbone silver necklace is 3mm thick giving it a bold and substantial look, made of solid 925 sterling silver, features a woven chain design, known as a herringbone pattern. The herringbone pattern is created by weaving thin strips of silver together to form a flat, wide chain with a unique texture and shine. The type of clasp is a lobster claw which ensures that it stays in place when worn, this is one the strongest and most common clasps available.

This type of necklace is also known as a “snake necklace” and can be worn alone or layered with other necklaces for a more dramatic effect.

Care & maintenance

Store the jewelry in a cool, dry place

Over time, real silver tends to turn yellowish or, in extreme cases, even black. Smooth surfaces made of silver can be polished again with a polishing cloth without any problem. You can find these cloths at your regular drug store and they’re very affordable.

There are also silver cleaning agents which can be used for other surfaces with non-flat or hard-to-reach areas. Just be careful not to use these cleaning products directly on stones because it could damage them.
