RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased with us, you have 14 calendar days to return them. The 14 days apply from the day you receive the goods.
If you are returning an item, the item must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging in order to receive a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a cancellation if the goods are damaged or with obvious signs of use.
For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges of piercings or earrings will not be accepted.
