RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
in perfect, unworn condition
in its original packaging
free of damage or visible signs of use
returned with all included jewelry pieces
Please note: for hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Exchanges
Exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days.
Simply contact us and we’ll assist you with selecting a new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
we will replace it free of charge
we will cover the return shipping cost, if a return is required
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (change of mind / unsuitability), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the cost.
International returns follow the same policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
